While they are actually on the drug they will: increase excitability, their teeth may do a grinding motion, and they'll be extremely talkative (assuming no other substances are being used with it, alcohol inhances this, weed slows it down)

You'll notice a change in appearance, mood, friends. Things they used to care about will not seem as important as they once were. Will also be looking for ways to make more money (since it is an expensive drug)

Taken in small amounts (up to 100 mg), cocaine usually makes the user feel euphoric, energetic, talkative, and mentally alert, especially to the sensations of sight, sound, and touch. It can also temporarily decrease the need for food and sleep.

Large amounts (several hundred milligrams or more) intensify the user's high, but may also lead to bizarre, erratic, and violent behavior. These users may experience tremors, vertigo, muscle twitches, and paranoia,.

It's very expensive, so a lot of money would be being spent. I would imagine there would be drastic mood changes you would notice. Times when the person is not high they would not be in a good mood.

A more common drug that is cheaper and far worse in my opinion is methamphetamine. There would definitely be bad moods and loss of patience associated with the use of this drug.

I don't know about the cocaine, but I read a couple of reports last year that says he's privately hit the bottle again.
