Spring Roll Wrappers
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water* (see note below)
cooking spray, as needed
PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, stir the salt into the flour. Mix the water into the flour to form a batter. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat on medium low heat.
Turn the heat down to low and add a heaping tablespoon of the batter to the middle of the pan.
Quickly spread the batter out evenly to form a circle 5 - 6 inches in diameter. Continue smoothing out the batter as the skin cooks.
Cook the skin briefly, until it is cooked on the bottom and the edges curl slightly. Take care not to overcook. Remove carefully and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use as called for in the recipe.
*The amount of water needed will depend partly on factors such as the age and dryness of the flour, the altitude you are cooking at, etc. The batter should be well mixed and fairly thick, but still thin enough to drop off the back of a wooden spoon.
Happy Wrapping! :)

"Yes "you can make it at home, but when it is available in the market so cheap, then i don’t think you should try,
Any way i use to make those,20 years ago,at that time they were EXPENSIVE in the market.
Corn Starch 1/2 cup
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Milk fresh 2 to 3 cups (as much as you need)
EGGS one
Salt as you like
Mix all together and beat with hand whisk for 5 minutes. The batter should be very thin like MILK SHAKE (not thick and not very thin)
Now grease (wipe) a medium frying pan with kitchen towel (soaked in oil)
heat pan on medium heat and then put some batter (like 4 table spoons) and (you have to be very quick)pickup the pan and turn it round clockwise up and down to spread the batter and it has to be round like pan cakes ,BUT they have to be very thin, like the ones you use,
put back the pan on heat,(in whole action like, pour the batter in the pan, then pickup the pan, turn it up and down, round clockwise
and put it back on heat,10 seconds only)in 20 or 30 seconds take out the wrapper, pour batter for the other wrapper.
When you will fold wrappers to make spring rolls, the cooked side will go inside. fry them. I like these better then the readymade.

You can use just about anything you’d like as a filling for spring rolls. Vegetables should be either lightly steamed or sauteed and sliced into thin slivers. If you’re using noodles, I find it works best to break them in half before cooking so they’re not too long. Fresh herbs are wonderful to use in spring rolls as well.
Spring Roll Wrappers or Rice Paper Wrapper can be found near the fried noodles in Asian markets. They will keep in your cupboard indefinitely. As they are fragile, keep them flat and handle them gently.
Submerge 2-3 wrappers at a time in hot (not boiling) water until completely pliable, about 15 seconds. Wrappers will become fragile, so I recommend using your hands for this. Remove from water and lay one wrapper on a flat surface, setting others aside. If your wet wrappers have small holes in them, place the holes closest towards yourself on your flat surface. For larger holes, use a double layer of wrappers.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of your filling horizontally on your wrapper, just below the middle.Fold the bottom of the wrapper up over the filling and gently press down.
Fold in both of the sides of the wrapper and gently Continue rolling the spring roll up towards the top of the wrapper. If your wrapper won’t seal closed, sprinkle the top with a bit of water or make a roux of one part water and one part cornstarch to use as a sealant.press to seal.Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy! For a vegan egg roll, simply deep fry your finished spring roll and viola!

I made with my mum's recipe, not sure if this is one you are after. You can use the same recipe to make the pancake for peking duck, but make it smaller size.
