I want to know about the type of training where you only use your own body as the weight,NOT dumbells,barbells,etc.

Here's a starter site. I found it useful to get some basic ideas on sites then go ahead and create your own.

Yoga is a great bodyweight resistance exercise.

Sounds like pilates. Works best in combination with careful diet and some cardiovascular workouts, like dancing, brisk walking or jogging.

Good old-fashioned push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, leg raises and perhaps some running. Imagine if you run weighing 100kg then you lose 20kg and how much easier it is to run with only 80kg after that!

Do you mean resistance training where you use a band to produce resistance and work your muscles?
