The end of the world is near, an RFID chip has been created and will soon be put to use.?

for those of you who are not farmiliar with God's prophecy, one of the major signs of the end times is that a "mark" will be given and no one can buy or sell without this "MARK". mid 2005, an RFID chip was created by major corporations, i.e. Master Card, Microsoft, American Airlines and more. This "chip" will be injected into everyone who wishes to recieve it. it will reduce theft, robbery, burglary, rape, child abduction, and more. Corporations say that it MUST be placed into either your right hand or forehead. Coincidentally, god says the mark of the beast will be placed into the right hand or forehead. is anyone else putting 2 and 2 together?
I am a saved Christian and know that i'm going to heaven but it still scares the S_hit out of me, these coming times, God says MANY will be decieved into taking the mark, but ANYONE who takes it WILL go to hell, i think about all of my friends who will inevitably take it, regardless of how many hours i spent talking about this.it scares me so

im not scared for myself, for my friends who i know are not going to heaven. and second of all, im not a nut case, the bible says in the end times "every knee will bow, and every tounge will confess him as lord."

it's funny, there are a lot non-believers i can tell by the answers, all i can say, i would never wish what you WILL go through on my worst enemy. but hey, im not the type to say i told you so.

You're right, people will be decieved into taking the mark of the beast, you don't want that. And for some people it will be hard to say no. All you can do is stand by your faith in Jesus Christ. He is the only one that can get us through something like that. Stand FIRM in your faith.

First off, your claim that the chips go in the right hand or forehead is complete horseshit. You need enough flesh so the chip doesn't protrude from the skin, so putting it in your buttocks makes a lot more sense.
However, you got one thing right - eventually most people will feel the need to get one. Cash will cease to have value, because all financial transactions will be done by accessing your bank account via your chip. It will also hold your credit history and your medical records. Implantation will never be legally mandated, but soon you'll be so limited by not having one that it might as well be required. Like Social Security numbers - there's no law saying you must have one, but because they're so darn useful, the only people who don't are illegal immigrants.
My question for you is, what do you plan to do while you're waiting for Judgement? Instead of eating, I mean. It doesn't say in Revelations that the end will come immediately after the "mark" is implemented. Will you let yourself and your family starve to death? Or will you break God's Commandment by stealing?
Why didn't God just say that there would be radio-frequency identification chips surgically implanted in people's flesh, and this would be the Mark of the Beast? Doesn't leaving this detail out kind of open the door to an awful lot of unnecessary suffering, in case your interpretation is wrong?

RFID can't track that much data - they basically hold a serial number. For example, if a horse has a chip in it, you scan the chip, get something like a serial number, and than go look in a database to find out the horse's history. Think of the privacy issues, even with voluntary RFID, if personal information was just being broadcast. It would be a perpetual series of lawsuits. No, forcing it on someone would be illegal.

The mark of the beast will not be given until the antichrist comes to power, and that could be in the next 2 years or 20. But yes the signs are getting close, expecially sice Israel has given the US 6 months to attack Iran or they will go it alone. And if they do you know what that spells. It spells a major war between Iran the Arab Nations, Russia and Israel(Ezekiels prophecy) I believe the antichrist will come out of that war between Russia, Iran and Israel and the neighbors.That I believe will herald in the antichrist. And I do believe it is soon, but I do not know how soon. Yes verichip is out, and so is 666 in the EU Parlemant. Here in Australia we are going through the wost drought in history and wit will get worse. Water restrictions have been steped up to stage 3 and soon stage 4. Anybody who is caught in violation will get a nasty fine, and 3 strikes you are out and you can end up in Jail. The end times are truley upon us. hehe, I pity the people who don't know what the RFID chip is going to be used for. It will probably go in illegal immigrants and/or driver licenses first, then...use your imagination. The RFID chip is real, the news probably talked about it when immigration was an issue a year ago.

you sound like a doomsday cultist- i don't know which is worse the "chip" or your beliefs- the idea that all people are compelled to accept this chip sounds rather far fetched, even more ludicrous is the idea that the chip will herald in the day of final judgment- how many chips need to be inserted before triggering the day of final judgment- 1 billion , 3.75666 billion or what? who in heaven will monitor the progress of chip installation and decide "EUREKA" the final chip is in and so press the green light that launches the judgment day juggernaut, very very weird.

well unless it involves me at some point i wouldn't worrie about it... but basicly I'd rather get tortured for hours placed in solitary confinement and decapitated then go to hell.. so stuff that little chip thing
