Did the first man have black hair, brown skin, and brown eyes? Was he six feet eleven inches tall? These are questions we cannot answer sure, because we were not there to see Adam. However, from reading Genesis, and armed with basic scientific knowledge, we can learn a lot about what Adam was probably like.
Now think about Adam. Was he born in the same way you or I were? He certainly was not. He was made directly by God from the dust of the earth.
In Genesis 2:7 we read, "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
Adam was not born of a woman. He was the first human. In l Corinthians 15:45 we read, "And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul." Adam was the first man.
This is an important point by the way, there were no other human beings made alongside Adam.

The bible says that Adam was a selfish and bad man. He had a direct connection with god. but he broke the connection to get connected with his gf eve. The bible does not say that he ever regretted his actions. He did not miss heaven, because he found heaven in the arms of his love, eve. Even eve also does not seem to regret leaving heaven. She found heaven in nagging, complaining, whining, which she could not do in paradise.
So, back to your question, How was adam, I presume he was like an average man of today. Weak, Emotional and easily manipulateable by a girl. For a girl he was ready to leave paradise, leave god, and the girl does not even thank him for this action.

Adam was doing great till the day he woke up without a rib. Things really got tough when he was tossed from the Garden.

He was deceitful,because Eve managed to get him to eat the fruits. disobedient, because he did not obey God's command

I haven't actually met him yet. He was the 1st man God created.
