To the complete dumbass that thumbs downed this answer, the OP isn't asking about a browser (Internet Explorer), he/she is asking about a file manager...that's what Windows Explorer is. Internet Explorer is the browser.

Windows Explorer = File Manager
Internet Explorer = Browser
