Although I am a pilot, I have had many friends that were interviewed by the H.R. for flight attendant. There is the standard bevy of questions designed to get at your true nature, and expose the real you. They are generally trying to find if you will be a good person to represent the airline, and more importantly, if you will be exceptional in your ability to safely assist passengers if an emergency occurs. Believe it or not, that is their number one duty, and not just to serve drinks. If you are multi-lingual, this will be a big plus, as well as exhibiting a high-degree of personal self-confidence and hygiene.

You have to speak english and other language (If you work at singapore airlines, you have to speak chinese) well. Be patient. Stay healthy. Smile everytime. Have an ideal weight and height. And so on. Actually, my aunt almost accepted to be a stewardess. But she hasnt enough height
