Like when a prisoner is being tortured by his|her captures, does the prisioner think to themselves, ' hey this guy really is love, he's like slowly burning of my flesh.'
And what do atheists think, hypothetically, if a god organises for you to be burned alive forever, will that teach you the truth as explained in the Bible quote-' God is Love.'?
Can the Christains also please explain how someone burning you alive forever and ever and ever and ever is LOVE?

Atheists are utlimately, when it comes down to it, truth seekers to their detriment. They dont care if the truth makes them feel good or bad, as long as it is the truth and so i dont think atheists care if god is love since they dont believe in god at all.

I think God would love Atheists because they are willing to go against the status quo for truth and because they cant find him why should they be burned for trying to see the truth...Too many sheep and not enough human beings god would say.

Hell exsists and is real. Hell is eternal condemnation.

God is real. He is Love. He is Just.

The problem is not with God or someone's teaching. The problem is with our lack of understanding. We do not grasp how HOLY God is and how unholy we are. There is a vast canyon between us. To go into Heaven you must be in the family of God. That is, a son of God. Therefore, if you are not a son, then you will be banished from his presence.

Being banished from his presence means the complete opposite of what he is. He is LIFE, He is LOVE, He is Holy, He is Light and on and on. If you are not in His family you will expereince DEATH, PAIN, and DARKNESS.

God does have a way for you to be apart of his family and that is through faith and being baptized into Christ.

We can't be sure exactly what Hell would be like, but God did not design Hell nor is he choosing to put people there. The Bible cleary teaches he wants everyone to be saved. Hell is just that natural consequence of being completely cutt off from the presence of God.

you have got here across between the superb fallacies ever. If God is so loving and massive, why does he carry a flame below our ft in any respect circumstances? i could seem to different components to attraction to from for ideas pertaining to to spirituality than merely the Bible. you're able to locate that yet another text textile extremely speaks to you (Hinduism, Taoism, Zen Buddhism, etc.). there's no longer something incorrect with some exploration, and that's the undertaking with the Christian God; he makes people who could look for the certainty from different components into evil heretics. Come at your non secular questions with a point of skepticism, and the main important question i could pose is; If God loves us plenty then why won't be in a position to he settle for us for who we are no longer any rely what?

You won't have a body in Hell so burning alive is a concept only known in Hell.

God is a God of love, but He's also a God of justice.

No one will be physically burn - there will not be pain in hell so its not like a state of torture. Hell is a place described by fire and darkness - symbolic of condemnation and emptiness. No one goes to hell unless they deserve to be there. Besides, if the wages of sin is death, then everyone deserves hell, and it is only because of Grace that God gives us a way out. God wont force people into heaven though, if they lived their lives self-righteously, if they want to live on their own they can. God doesn't want heaven to be filled with people who do not truly want to be there.

Don't you already see that God is already love when he allows you to Choose to be an athiest and not Him? He is not some dictator or tyrant who would force you to believe in him. Your choice not to love him does not qualify to deny the fact that He is indeed Love. Consequences is another story altogether.

Why would the athiest believe God is burning him in hell when he does not believe in God anyway. God is not in Hell, Satan is!
He is doing the burning. God has better things to do up above!

When all of us die there will be a judgement day. This is when you stand before the lord. Athiests don't believe in God because they can't see him. Well, they'll see him on this day, meaning they will have their chance to repent. Burning in hell???? No I don't think so, but they will be left behind. However, any disrespectful attempts made against the lord without redemption may require some discomfortness.

God does not make the choice to send unbelievers to Hell. He gives them their whole lives to make up their minds about receiving the free gift of salvation that he offers to them through believing in Jesus Christ his son. If they choose to refuse the gift, then they have made the choice for hell, not God.

The Bible says God is JUST....new-age, politically correct interpretations of the Bible changed JUST to LOVE. God's JUSTICE is perfect, supernatural justice. We cannot understand this because we are NATURAL beings.

If we as NATURAL beings could fully understand God, a SUPERNATURAL God, he wouldn't be God.

Wasn't it the Gauls that introduced the idea of Hell to Christianity, post-Byzantine?
