Lovebirds are well-known for being very aggressive little birds. In order to remain tame they need to be handled EVERY day and by owners who have experience with "tough customers". I wouldn't put ANY species in with the bird EXCEPT for another of his species. They might not even get along...you would need to introduce the second lovebird very GRADUALLY to the cage, That means that the second bird would require his or her very OWN cage too. You just can't just shove a second lovebird in the first bird's cage as you would shove a pair of socks into a dresser drawer. You would need to make the "process" a very gradual and carefully considered one for it to be SAFE. Also, bear in mind that if the first bird is out of your control then by getting another lovebird you will only have succeeded in getting TWO birds out of control. They will bond with eachother, and NOT to you so "be careful what you wish for". Think long and hard about this - there is alot more to it than you appear to realise.

For a 14 365 days previous and having 14 love fowl's is a great duty! changing the water and foodstuff as quickly as a week is a lot to much less. the abode maid cleansing the substitute is obviously unacceptable. Love birds are very effective birds, they don't need to be taken care of that way. in case you decide on your birds to love you and cherrish you do the fallowing: - substitute the foodstuff and water each and every 2 days. (This could be carried out by using you for the fowl to think of which you adore him/her) -sparkling backside of the cage each and every as quickly as a week. (in case you have newspaper on the backside each and every 2 days could do it) -Spend one hour an afternoon or much greater with all your birds. -Hand feed some treats each and every now and then. -Get some toys to put in their cage. -Get a playpen. good success! P.S. in case you opt to be a good love fowl proprietor, you may desire to stick your heart to it. no person else could make you opt to love your birds.
