Shema Israel, Adonai Eloheinu, Adonai Echad, baruch Shem k'vod, malkhuto, l'Olam Va ed.

Hear O Israel, the L-rd is G-d, the L-rd is one. Blessed be the Name of His glorious kingdom for ever and ever

And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be in your heart. And you shall teach them diligently to your children, and you shall speak of them
when you sit at home, and when you walk along the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up.And you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes. And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

The foregoing is from Deuteronomy 6:4-9.

In addition to this there are these words a part of which came from the above :

love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. and your neighbor as yourself. This was what one sage said to a seeker who wanted the rabbi to recite all of the law standing on one foot.

Moshe was he who Ha Shem used to deliver our forefathers from Egyptian slavery and who lead us through the desert.

Moses is one of the most highly respected men in the Torah (first five books of the Hebrew Bible/"old testament").

These are the basic beliefs of Judaism:
G-d exists
G-d is one and unique
G-d is incorporeal
G-d is eternal
Prayer is to be directed to G-d alone and to no other
The words of the prophets are true
Moses's prophecies are true, and Moses was the greatest of the prophets
The Written Torah (first 5 books of the Bible) and Oral Torah (teachings now contained in the Talmud and other writings) were given to Moses
There will be no other Torah
G-d knows the thoughts and deeds of men
G-d will reward the good and punish the wicked
The Messiah will come
The dead will be resurrected

The Jews follow the rules of the old testament and the Talmud. They continue to worship God on the Sabbath.
