I really relate to your name on her .. and the picture... today I feel so invisible..I was going to write a poem about it but could only think of one line...
Little Ms Invisible her silent cries like siren's echoes....
couldnt think of anything past that.... but thought I'd share it anyway...
Well quite seriously if you are thinking about hurting yourself a lot you need to talk to a qualified psychologist.
here is one I have known online for at least 4 years... he is a growly old bear that lives in a cave..but when he comes out of his cave and reads his emails he and writes on his websites he makes tonnes of sense... and actually he is a top bloke..
But shhh don't tell him I said so..

You're too important to hurt your self, there are many of us who want you to be safe.
Please get some professional help, I guessing there's a deep seated issue that's eating you up.
Fine if you find solace in spirituality but on its own it's not going to deal with the issue, do both if you wish.
Take care, my thoughts are with you!

I sometimes hurt myself unconsciously, without thinking about.
You need a healthy outlet for your desire to feel pain.

what do you mean by hurting yourself? on purpose? you could focus on other things such as other people or God. doing something all the time might help you forget about wanting to injure yourself. watching movies, playing games or sports can help you forget about things like that.

i know how hard it is but try your very best not to - because you will regret it later...
trust me - i was so depressed i never thought i would care about scars. but when we had to do swimming at school i got detention every week for "forgetting" my kit.
have you told anyone? for me it helped to tell a couple of my friends. they've not mentioned it since and i made them swear not to tell anyone - but it really helps to just get it out of your system and tell someone.
i think you really need to talk to someone. i'm not gonna tell you to get counselling (everyone here told me to do that but it can be hard to get it, especially if you dont want your school or parents to know).
but please consider talking to someone. theres loads of people who have been through what your going through or are still struggling now. so please dont fell like your alone!
i feel so bad for you and i really want to help you. please email me if you wanna tallk!
