All dairy and animal products (meat) are very high in fat. SO if your goal it to lose weight, stay away from these foods. Even non fat milk is not good for you. Cow's milk was made by nature for only one reason, to feed the baby calf. If you want a low fat alternative try soy milk or almond milk. At first it will taste bland compared to milk. But with all the flavors out you will soon love it. Try going on a VEGAN diet. READ John Robbins "Diet for a New American" and "The Food Revolution".

Milk makes you gain weight I'm pretty sure of it.
(especially whole milk)
If you are trying to lose weight always drink fat free milk and not a whole lot either.

You can lose a lot of weight by squeezing milk out of a cow, and carrying the pail back to the dairyhouse.
