There is only one God. But He is in multiple forms. The Hebrew word echad (one) means a united one. It is like the USA. We are made up of multiple states but together we are but one nation. According to the bible, truth is always confirmed in two or three witnesses. This is why God is always in multiple forms. Even the name Adonai is in plural form.
God appeared to Abraham as 3 different people. Even when God talks to people there are two voices heard:
"When the LORD saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, "Moses! Moses!"
And Moses said, "Here I am." - Exodus 3:4
Was Moses hard of hearing? Does God need to repeat himself? I don't think so. You will find God in multiple forms all throughout the bible.

The answer is simple. It is common knowledge that when Kings speak when pronouncing a decree or judgment they say We or Us as they are speaking as the final authority as the highest power. Almighy God was speaking not multiple God's. The different races came as a result the tower of babel. Also the bible says in 1st Chronicles 1:19 the earth was divided. This is when God divided the continents. Also Ecclesiates 1:9-11 talks about how man forgets what has happened. The KJV has an answer for all things in life.

There were multiple gods and many great and noble spirits that took part in the creation of the world and it's rich biological life. I do not know how many were involved, but definitely more than God the Father, God the Son (Jehovah or Jesus), and the Holy Ghost. Perhaps even you took part in the creation in same way as a pre-mortal being. When Moses speaks of mankind being created in the image of God, that refers to God the Father (or his son Jesus as they share the same likeness). All races, all humans, are created in His image.

Genesis is apparently an almost exact copy of Babylonian religious material. Except that in Genesis, they changed the references to plural Gods to singular God.
Babylonia had many Gods, I read one thesis that suggested several thousands. One, a very minor Wind / Storm God, Jawah, was adopted by the Jews during their stay there.
There is only on race of humans. The genetic differences between peoples in different parts of the world are far to small to suggest there is more than one race. Breeds of dogs have far more differences than what you think of races of humans.
It was the desire to expand and conquer people in other lands that generated this race concept. Europeans felt it was all right to do so as those other peoples were 'obviously' lesser beings, more primitive and not as highly evolved as Europeans were.
This wasn't true then, and it is not now. Get over the concept of race. There is only one, and it is Human.

God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit are one - intertwined. They do different things, but they are all one. Jesus Christ is God and the Holy Spirit was sent to help after Jesus Christ came to earth. ONE God - and you can only get to God through accepting Jesus Christ as Saviour.
No, that is not the reason for different races - the Tower of Babel is.

Some would say that the use of the word "we" and "us" are used in a regal sense. Others argue that this is evidence of the concept of the Trinity in Genesis.
Reading other early scripture might contradict this, but that's neither here nor there. Biblians will typically go for the Trinity answer.

There is NO other, God is ONE.
As to the different aspects of the ONE God, ie. Father, Son, Holy Spirit. That's something beyond our realm.
