This is a great question, i think it would be one of the greatest fights of all time, I am presuming the fight would be at Lightweight as eventually Manny will be moving up to this weight, i class Duran as the best Lightweight of all time so it is hard to give even the Pacman a chance against him at this weight, i think it would be an absolute tear up for about 3 or 4 rounds of compulsive viewing for any fight fan but i think eventually Duran drops Pacquiao with a Bodyshot and the pacman beats the count the first time but when it happens twice more in the same round the pacman cant recover and the fight gets stopped. Great question.

Manny is quite a good fighter but Duran is a legend and an all time great particularly as a lightwweight where I consider him the best. Duran was a very skilled and intimidating fighter at this weight and would land the harder punches during this fight with Pacquiao responding with good punches that only make Duran more determined. In the 6th round I see Duran landing a hard punch to the body followed by a left hook and right cross leaving Pacquiao helpless on the ropes as the referee intervenes and stops the fight and raising Duran's hand in victory.

Good question my friend. Light welterweight is only five pounds more than Duran's prime weight of lightweight. At 135 he was arguably the greatest ever, going 62-1(51) with the one defeat avenged twice by KO. With all due respect to Pacquiao, I can see only one winner in this fight. Duran at his very best was a snarling beast, I have often thought he was put on this earth for the sole purpose of fighting, and as good as I think Pacquiao is, he wouldn't be able to hold of a prime Duran. I pick Duran by late round KO.
