Hey, he was probably something more than a hounddog, for sure. A good christian role model though, I don't know, maybe? He had problems like all people do. And hey, O'Reily, doesn't lie. He is looking out for you! If you don't like O'Reilly, then seriously, something is wrong with you! He is one of the better people out there, than can back up what he says with proof. He doesn't have time for lies.

The life of Elvis Presley could be a parable straight from the Bible ! Completely ignoring the point of your question, I liked the Elvis-in-Hawaii-comeback-special Elvis. Before he got real fat. All glitter and side-burns in a white spangly jumpsuit. All that perspiration. Very human.

His gospel music was excellent!
He gave a lot himself and his monetary value to his friends and family.
He was a genuinely blessed human being by his God. He had a lot of talent, love, passion for life.
I think he could be a worthy role model. (I'm not Christian, but I think Elvis was okay).

What is a {Good christian role model} ? He was just a man after all. He sang beautifully,He loved people,He was good to people.No he was not a Mother Teresa, or a Pope John Paul,But yes he was a good person.

No, probably not for Christians with strict standards. Especially those Christians who don't believe in forgiveness and are too judgemental, of which I've seen many.

Yes, I think he was. he always lets everyone know that his genre of singing originally came from gospel. He just jazzed it up a bit.
