Is society responsible for making love marriages.
they are not allowed to live common life, and you all know what's going on. I cant understand why in this world two loving souls cant marry, and why people are always scaring them, is this not birth right of everyone to live life of their choice, and even after 10000000000000000000 years
Will love marriages ever be acceptable in india........

I completely agree you, but I believe, it will be acceptable after 1 or 2 generations. Coz as per the condition you can see now, most of them are falling in love and want to o love marriages. They struggle, they fight and they face so many problems. Now when the'll be married and when their kids will ask them for a love marriage, then i think they would allow them, coz they know how much it pains when they say 'no' blindly, as they themselves had suffered before.

And those who had done love marriages, they do understand their kids love and they do allow them, for those family love marriage is not bad.

I am sure things will change in india....amd I hope it really changes. I pray that happens.

take care.

In my religion, the requirements to be married is that the two people in question stand in front of a minimum of ONE witness (must be an adult) and promise to love and honor each other, and support each other. That's all. No Civil Union NECESSARY. No officiant NECESSARY. Though most people use both. The officiant, who is the civil person (signs the civil paperwork) can also be the witness, but none of that is necessary. Only a witness.

while I was in college and university I sometimes thought "is there hardly any arrenged marriage taking place now-a- days in our society?"almost all of my friends had happy relationships and even their family too knew about that. Many of my relatives married their fiance/fiancee. I think, most of thetotal marriage ceremonies that I atteneded and is attending are love marriage. Of which India you are talking about?

No, the country blows ***. Move to England or US. Why the hell are you even asking this question? Do we look like fortune tellers to you?
