Where do people come up with these annoying and completely idiotic questions? No! It's a music genre that just happened to orginate in the south and spread. Why are you connecting music to sin anyway?
I'd say Rap is more sinful because most of it talks about cheating, drugs, violence and anything else that most of the educated nation knows isn't worth the time of day.
