Numerous breast lumps on upper outer quadrant of left breast, one lump on upper out quadrant of right breast - hard but seem to be moveable

Rib, back and pelvic pain that comes and goes, does not worsen with exertion, especially bad when I lie down at night

Recent dry cough and shortness of breath

I'm going to the doctor next week and I am 99% sure it's stage IV breast cancer. But I'm just wondering if there is a possibility that it isn't.

you might just have benign breast lumps, and then something else could be causing your pain. Have you had a mammogram? This test can indicate the lumps - and then further tests such as a biopsy will be done to detect whether or not there is a malignancy. Goodluck visiting the doctor, and I hope for your sake that this is not cancer.

There are tons of possibilities other than a cancer diagnosis. The lumps could be polycystic fibroids (painful, but harmless). The pain could be from the lumps trying to share space with a nerve. The pain in your hips, back, etc. could be arthritis. Dry cough and shortness of breath are symptoms of an allergy to something in the air. Don't give up before you hear a real diagnosis from a real doctor. You might not have cancer at all.
