I will fight that as long as I am still breathing. Nothing infuriates me more. No one should be able to force their idiotic religious dogma on this country through our laws!
I am so hoping that the next election will make a statement to get God out of our government.

Sure we are, we are constantly using the courts to force you pray in school, say the pledge with in "God we trust", put the Cross all over, every town square, Nativity scenes in every courthouse lawn, and the 10 commandment's on all public buildings. Every day you see another case of Christians suing Atheists in court, refusing to let them teach evolution, forcing your children to study intelligent design. GET REAL,. This country is made up of a majority of Christians and was founded by Christians, and Atheist's are using the law to try and remove Christianity from all public life. Where do you live? In a cave?

SOME people in the US (mainly right-wing conservatives) are trying to use the law to pass Christian-based laws that would affect all of us.

Yes. Banning legal recognition of gay relationships is imposing Christian filth on them.

The ACLU has taken prayer out of shcools and the Ten Commandments out of the courthouse, so I'd say, "no". The contrary, actually.

Yes, it does it by making the laws appear secular. If you are christian you will find it hard to see.

As a Christian, I don't think so. if you are insinuating about the latest gay rights issue, please sweep this under the rug. It was temporarily voted down in most states because of overall human moral. Its sickening.
