The last seat in the back of the aircraft..does it recline? Or is the seat not movable?

No, and you get all the people waiting for the John standing right next to you. But you get to pay the same fare as everyone else.

NEVER allow the arm rest to be raised! I sat next to a cow who was squished in the center seat. She asked for me to raise the arm rest so she could get a side of cow from her purse and as soon as the arm went up her body fat SPREAD out of her seat and into mine!! I couldn't get away from her wet body. When she got her snack I attempted to lower the arm rest but she demanded it be left up, I called the steward and after a loud argument the arm rest was ordered to stay up.

No and neither do the first row of the exit rows, they don't recline either.

yes they do they leave enough space behind it for it to recline
