I had mine done laproscopicly. (four small incisions and 24 hrs in the hospital.) You may have an infection. They may have left something inside. I had no pain afterwards, but I was sick to my stomach for a long time afterwards. (and they don't tell you that).
Mine was done in 93...once the sickness stopped I was fine...I didn't take any of the pains meds and I was driving the day I came home from the hospital ( a no-no...)
I'd see another Dr and get some x-rays...

I had the comparable undertaking this previous January. Gallbladder surgical operation isn't undesirable in any respect. you would be sore the day of surgical operation and conceivable the day after. After which you're able to be back to common. The scars are there, yet they're little sufficient that they gained't be as noticable while the redness and swelling is going away. The redness and swelling would desire to absorb to a pair of weeks to bypass away.

I would go back to see your surgeon for diagnosis.

I have no idea because my surgery was done laproscopically - which is the norm for gallbladder removal. It's highly unusual for them to cut anyone open.
