Try Mr. Clean magic erasers. Not sure if they will work for this, but they seem to work on everything else.

Hello there,
Wow, you really have a problem. Sure hope you weren't too hard on the kid that did this. Be that as it may, you surely wouldn't want to use a strong solvent that would ruin a delicate plastic surface. I might try some of these on my own equipment.
#1. Try a "soft" pencil erasor. Rub very lightly and carefully as this may tend to etch the plastic finish on the screen if done too hard.
#2. Try dampening the corner of a soft cloth (tee shirt) with DW-40 and rub lightly over the markings. DW-40 is not a solvent and will not attack plastic, it's a thin lubricant, but it does wonders with tough things like tar and roof cement, maybe even "Sharpie tracks."
#3. This may be a bit risky, but in desperation you may try to dampen the corner of a soft cloth (see above) with a little rubbing alchohol and rub lightly over the tracks. Start in the corner and see what happens and take your time. Rubbing alchohol is not a very strong solvent and if done carefully, may lift the marks off without damaging the plastic. But do not leave the surface wet with the alchohol longer than necessary. Wipe it quickly as you go before it has a chance to evaporate, which may leave a harsh residue in it's place.

Be very careful, especially with the screen. Unfortunately, anything that is likely to remove Sharpie marker will also probably damage the screen. Sharpie will eventually wear off with use. I know, because we mark refillable cameras at work with Sharpies, and it fades and has to be redone from time to time.
I bet that Mr Clean Magic Eraser would work on the camera body, though, but it might scratch the screen.
Good luck!

On the camera lens, carefully use rubbing alcohol with a damp cloth or Q-tip. On the body, you can use the Mr. Clean eraser or the rubbing alcohol again. The alcohol might slightly lighten the color of the body, so you may want to try it in an inconspicuous part of your camera.
