First of all ignore the snotty lady. ( the first answer), You are not stuck with it at all. Check out websites that deal with childhood behaviour. Good luck and chances are that hes just going through a phase

DEAR SPANK HIM AND LET HIM KNOW THAT YOU ARE THE BOSS OF HIM ARE TIME OUT IN THE CONNOR ON HIS KNEES WITH HIS NOSE IN THE CONNER SET A TIMER BUT LET HIM SEE YOU DO IT OK FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES ARE PUT HIM IN YOUR ROOM WITH OUT TOYS IF TIME OUTS AND PUTTING HIM IN YOUR ROOM WITH OUT TOYS THEN SPANK AS THE LAST RESORT OK. CHILDREN AT THIS AGE LIKE TO TEST THEIR LIMITS AND TEST THEIR PARENTS. WHAT YOU MUST ALWAYS REMEMBER IS THAT YOU ARE THE ADULT PARENT AND HE IS THE LITTLE CHILD. HE MUST NOT IMPOSE HIS WILL ON YOU. GOOD PARENTING BOOKS ARE THE KEY.
REMEMBER, YOU ARE THE ONE IN CONTROL. CHILDREN WANT RULES THAT ESTABLISH BOUNDARIES.
