No. You cannot believe. Those persons will enter heaven who have done good works and performed duties in his world according to what has been ordained by God. However, it is possible that God is a very Mercy full and He may write off Saddam's misdeeds as he has undergone too much mental torture and agony. All depends upon the will of God. Expect Good Results.

Given that he showed absolutely no remorse for his crimes, no.

He was the victim of an illegal war based on false pretenses (the weapons of mass destruction that weren't there).

But I think this should be separated from the fact he was a brutal oppressor who housed a murderous regime for his people.

If there is a heaven, I'm not sure how much space and mercy could be spared for this unmerciful tyrant.

My answer has nothing to do with the terrible things Sadam did to his people. It has to do with one thing and one thing only. Did Sadam confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, repent of his sins, and was he baptized for the remission of his sins?

If the answer to these questions is no, then the answer to your question is no.

I really believe sadly that Sadaam may have and probably went to hell. This is sad as the Bible states that the Lord God Almighty wishes that all would be saved. Unfortunately not all men choose to be saved. Evil does not prevail.

No, I do not believe he is. This man was an absolute monster who knew exactly what he was doing when he tortured and killed many innocent men, women and children of Iraq. I hope he is rotting in Hades.

3 hours ago? maybe, ...but it's a long waiting line (Pinochet, Hafez Assad, Niyazov, Stalin, Hitler .... ) he will have a meeting with St Peter where the latter will tell him:" Sorry, no place for you here, go "downstairs" "....

i'm pretty sure Saddam will try to bribe St Peter.

No, I don't believe you. He was a Mega murderer who went to the grave unrepentant of his sins, therefore he didn't make it.
