at least that is most of what was kept from written documents, many other books show a more balanced idea of jesus, read those too, he makes alot more sense when you read it all

That is right Jesus did. Jesus was warning people. Hell is a terrible place to be,and Jesus hates that place, so that is why Jesus spoke about it so he can warn others to avoid it at all costs. Hell is a very deadly and dangerous place for any body to be, including the worst criminas in the world. Hell is full of demons torchering people, and throwing them against the wall, and pulling there flesh of their bodys so they are in agonising pain, the worst pain they have ever felt. The flesh would move back and the demons would do it all over again. The place is so hot you thing you are going to die, and you are so thirsty that you cry for water, but there is none. the place is also very dark, you cannot see what is is front of your face, and the smell of that place smells of death. Burning human flesh, burning sulphur, the smell is worse than sewage, and you will vomit because of the smell. All this mate, for eterninty, until they are pulled up to be judged and then to be bound hand and foot into the lake of fire, burning with brimstone. And that will be for eternity. The reason I know so much about hell is because of know of this man who went there and experienced the worse torment he could ever imagine. He has now written a true book about his experiences, and also is warning the world to avoid it by exepting Jesus as your savior. Most of the world does not even know what awaits them, they think that when you die that is it, they are trying to take the easy way out of things. Once a person is in Hell, there is no way they can get out again. Now do you see why Jesus spoke more on Hell then he did Heaven?

I'm not sure where you're getting your information from.....
going to Crosswalk.com
click on Bible Study Tools
you can type in any reference and the search engine will take you right to where thing are mentioned in the Scriptures
using "hell" and searching "The Gospels"
(where Jesus would have spoke)
Hell is only referred to 12 times by Jesus
using "heaven" and searching "The Gospels"
Heaven is reffered to 118 times
also use other words and references to heaven such as.....
"Kingdom of heaven" "Kingdom of God"
Jesus certainly did talk about hell and it is real.
But he spent much more time trying woo the hearts of men to live in His righteousness and love so as to avoid hell.
Hope that helps some
Jesus Loves YOU

We don't really know what Jesus talked about because the Bible is a flawed, man-made book. Not written by Jesus, and said to be written decades after his death, revised, edited, and translated numerous times until it's present form. In other words, the alleged teachings of Jesus are hearsay. This document is unreliable and I see it mainly as fiction with a sprinkling of some verifiable historical facts.

Because he wanted to emphasize the fact that, I am the only way to heaven, and there is no other way.
Hell is not talked about to spook them into faith, just to tell you the consequences of not believing, it's still your choice.
And FYI, Heaven is talked about WAY more than hell is, in the Gospels.

Because it is human nature to focus on heaven and not think about hell. Humans don't want to face the reality that if they don't believe in the truth, they will ultimately suffer in eternal torment. Hell is just as real as Heaven is.

Because Jesus knew the real enemy of God and man was satan. Jesus wanted man to understand the choices made and what these choices would bring. Jesus came to give life and more abundant than any known before. satan only can offer death of our soul, a total separation from Father God. I don't see the problem some have but many choose death and reject Jesus. So sad and so futile.

I think you may be going on someone else's interpretation of what Jesus said and did. Seemed to me he spoke more about how to treat our fellow man (and woman) than about hell. He did say something about the way to the Father is through him, but I guess I always saw him as more of a teacher than a preacher. People make him into what they want though. Religious interpretation is confusing. And I should just keep my big mouth shut, as I am not a Christian anyway! Good Luck figuring it all out!

Because he also said God seeks those to worship him in spirit and in truth. There is a false and lying spirit in the world pretending to be Christ, this is the spirit of anti-christ. The only way to come to a true repentance and see your own sin nature is thru first seeing the reality that all are condemned to hell until God calls us to his son Jesus Christ. The bible says no one seeks after God, not one. Jesus talked of hell to bring people to a true repentance that they would turn from sin and be healed. From God's perspective anyone he saved is a branch plucked from the fire. So true repentance is to realize not only will you go to hell if you dont repent, but your already in hell until you do. In other words, saved from eternal fire thru the gift of salvation in Christ. Then you are able to see the true Christ and worship in spirit and truth.

This is true! Jesus warned about hell so much because it is a reality, and it is one He wants to save us from.
His mission on earth:
"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost." -Luke 19:10
"It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." -Luke 5:31-32

Jesus spoke about hell because He was making sure all men knew "The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord"Most people who talk about God say God is a God of Love but the Bible also says He is a God of wrath.
