Say things that come from the heart. Sentimental compliments can't be generated because the genuine sponinaity of them is what makes them special. They are more of an expression of your feelings towards her and she'll appriciate it more if you come up with the words. A tip is to try and highlight what you like about her, go deeper than her appearance although you can use comparisons to good things like someone above said about her eye, smile, things that make you smile when around her. Go into her intellect, patients, whatever her characteristics are. we do like compliments on our bodies but that's not all that we are, we have brains too and it's good to get recognition for something other than boobs, butt, legs, so on. Be sweet and true. You'll do fine!

Take notice of the little things (hair cut/changes, eyes, clothes (preferably newer), etc.) They love that. Also just any sort of compliment that shows her how much you care.
I wouldn't sugguest anything specific because I don't know you. And I don't want to leave you with stuff that's going to make you sound like a guy who is using someone else's material.
