First find out the root cause of the trouble.
Are you having indigestion problem?
Do you have acidity?
Is your liver weak?
Do you eat spicy food?
Do you maintain regularity in eating?
If it is related to food habits then you have to change it.
Hereunder are a few things that would alleviate your suffering.
First, take papaya regularly. Avoid spicy and oily food.Use 'Jeera" powder after food. Take lavan bhaskar after food. Eat at the interval of four hours or so. In the night take chapati and milk.
In the day hour take curd freshly prepared. Don't take chilly. Don't get angry when your stomach is empty. Listen to good music and cheer up.

to lose weight the first thing you need is will power.

if you have that then you are already half way there !

rule no 1 is DO NOT DIET - no matter what the books and celebrities say, diets are not right way to lose weight, as you will put the weight back when you stop the dieting.

rule no 2 the only way to loose and maintain weight is : healthy food and lots of exercise.

drink atleast 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday.

eat healthy foods. try going vegetarian as veggy foods are less fatty (except oils and cheese of course)

eat green leafy vegetables regularly salads

cut down on your alcohol and fatty food such as oily fried foods, cholocates and whatever that is high on fat.

go for the healthy option - brown bread instead of white, bran flakes instead of sugary breakfast, fruit instead of snacks crisps between meals

eat more 'filling foods' so you dont keep feeling hungry - such as bran, bananas etc.

do 30 minutes exercise atleast 3 days in a week - everyday if possible. you dont have to join to gym or something if you dont want to. brisk walking / jogging / swimming for 30 minutes will be good enough.

if you continue above then you will see the difference in 2 months

Don't eat fast food, oily & spicy food. Don't eat cold drinks.
U can eat green vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, homemade simple food.
U can start fitness exercise like yoga, walking, running, house work & any other. U can join Gim. Do this work under instructor or Dr.

You Should go for a morning walk everyday and also control your diet. Stop eating oily or fatty food

walking ,take deep breathe and leave it do this 25 times daily. dieting, no oily food.
