~Them little blue pills might help if you're having trouble making it last. Just ask Mike Ditka and Bob Dole. Limp dick disease need not kill a relationship. Especially if you've got money.

Creepy ? No. Realistic ? Not really. Way to answer this . . . Say you and your 22 year lady friend do step into a relationship and fall in love. Now project yourself 15 years into the future when she will be 42 and you will be 60 . . . She will have come into more mature awareness, come to know herself more, a woman moving more towards her prime of sexual awareness, confidence of her developing body and beauty . . . A 42 yr. old woman and a 60 year old man . . . it can work, but not really fair to her as a developing young woman at 22 or 42 . Not saying it can't work, just something to think about.

Hi Luke, I just want you to know that on a personal note I do not think that it is weird to date a person with that huge of an age difference. Take it from me, I am 26 years old and happily married to a 41 year old and we have been married now for little over four years. We do have our differences because of the age difference but we manage to work them out. Honey, love has no boundaries and if you really love this woman, please don't let a number stand in your way. It would be one thing if she were like under 18, then that would be rape/child molestation. Who would know better than myself, right? We also have a three year old son together and we are sooo much in love. Good Luck!!!!

My dad is 41 and he just married a 22 year old. Do not base your decision on age. If you really care about one another, you should be together. Just date and see how things go. But make sure to date for awhile before getting married. Good luck!

I think it's pretty creepy.
But what do you like about each other? Do you have a bunch of stuff in common. Common goals? Similar virtues and values? How important is family? How important is money? If you are in sync with that stuff - then MAYBE it can work.
My opinion though - is that it's pretty creepy. Usually 40 year olds who get involved with younger people do it so they can be "the boss" - because they know that can't be the case with somebody closer to their own age. Be honest with yourself and ask your self a lot of questions. You already know if this is a good thing or not.

It's a little different but it's not creepy. Just be aware that she thinks like a 22 year old. Are you willing to do what she wants to do, go where she wants to go? Lot's to think about. Don't rule anything out. Love is blind... if it's indeed love.

Sorry, it's creepy.
When you were 30, she was 12. When you were 18 she was born.
It doesn't seem like that good an idea. The fact that you are asking if it can last, leads me to believe that you don't really think it can.
Seriously, much more than a ten year age gap is likely to be a problem.

I spent 15 years in a similar relationship and the reason we broke up had nothing to do with age, so go for it if you both want eachother.
Good luck!

Sort of creepy. When you are 62 and she is 40, she'll be looking at you like an old man.
