I think there is some mistake in the question because Flash Player is not a product of Adobe, but of Macromedia.
So you can download a flash player and not Adobe Flash Player.
Go to goggle and search for macromedia flash player and there you can download that free.

go to www.macromedia.com and you'll see a link to download the latest flash player.
You have to have all your other browser windows closed while it installs it. It will play a quick animation to show it's installed.
Then you are ready to go.
