Is this a normal weight? Or should I be losing? Or maybe just how to I get the confidence to be happy with how I look?

No, you shouldn't be concerned about it. A normal weight for someone who is 5'2 (like me) is about 130 lbs. What you should be concerned with though, is maybe finding ways to raise your self esteem. Most women do find something about themselves to be unhappy with, even those who are very beautiful and seem to have no physical flaws at all. It is perfectly normal to have issues within yourself, but it is much better to have a healthy self esteem. The best way I find to lift my spirits when I am feeling down on myself, or looks rather, is to just treat myself in one way or another. One thing that really helps is to buy a cute shirt that you think you look nice in, you will feel so much better believe me. Just simple things like this will help you realize that flaws are a part of being a human being, and it is ok to be different from other people. Being you is the best thing that you can do for yourself. :)

It depends. I am 5'5 and1/2 and i am trying to get down to 125. I have 7 more pounds to go so. Check out this site I found. I have a new found self-esteem now. You might not have to do the entire diet but maybe just part of it. But there are some great fashion tips on there as well. Plus they are giving away a pair of $175 pair of Joe's Jeans!!!

You are not overweight if that is what you are asking. Your BMI is about 23. You just need to maintain your weight and should not go over 135lb or you will be technically overweight.

As for body fat percentage, ideal for a woman is between 18% and 26%. If you are very fit/athletic, you may already have an ideal body fat percentage. If it is higher, don't be too concerned, as long as it is not over 30%.

HTH : )

no. look, if you want to look like a supermodel, lose 60 pounds. if you want to look hot, dress nicely not slutty. but that's ugly. really it is. the only reason most guys go for that is they think it's a shorter route to sex that way

anyway.

125 is normal weight. and, most guys agree that skinny girls are nice but normal girls are better. you far from being fat. and remember, a heathy girl is the hottest girl (im not lieing, think about like uh anacornacoba or whatever her name is) anyway. that's normal. p.s. you will never be happy with waht you look like but that dosn;t matte becuase you dont need to see it.

who cares about weight, it doesn't mean anything in your range, go by body fat %

between 20% to 21% is perfect.

a little less if you are an athlete, but no less than 15%.

no more than 25%

No. My girl friend is almost the exact same weight and height and she is the most beautifull thing I have ever seen. You have nothing to be worried about.

No I am the same size but older.. you are at ideal weight.
You can do crunches to tone your abs if needed.. but do not need to loose weight.
