I have been researching this because of my own desire for my felony to be expunged. In Oklahoma - ten years, a pardon from the Governor and then I can start proceedings. I don't have the web sites name, but I printed out a list and the time limit and Kansas was three years. Just look up your state laws on expungement to find out if you have to get a pardon also. Good Luck! I've been there too.

its a shame that drug posession is so harsh if ur using or whatever people choose to do what they want we all make mistakes and not be harshly charged for it it is a shame that for that ur life was ruined one bad decision u should listen to first answer she sounds knowledged
