You must describe the pattern of LOVE. Whether a love between a boy and a girl in teenage, or love of a mother towards child, or Loving your mother land, or love at the old age. Without these information the theme cannot be generated.

Love is a combination of pain, sorrow, and happiness. So, I would combine all those elements of the world in different scenes along with a nice background of colors that relate.
