I think you answered your own question! I am in the same situation - working full time and a student. I have had uncanny luck finding dates in all sorts of places, but it is not always something you can count on in situations like ours.
I am going on my 4th year of part time school while working, and my biggest problem these past few years is having the energy and time to maintain a real relationship. I mostly wind up acting like the man - my relationships have been primarily physical and I end up making excuses not to spend the night, I only talk to the guy every couple of weeks, and so on. I have finally decided not to pressure myself into having a real relationship until I am done with school. Never thought I would do this, but I have decided to have just sexual relationships until I am done with this phase of life. Now that I have decided this, I have found myself in a relationship that is really sexual, but also really caring and loving. My man also is really busy, so it works. The relationship has also lasted for quite a while and is monogomous.
My tip is to just not put too much pressure on yourself, and see what happens for you. I think it is just too much to try to go to museums and restaurants and movies when you are as busy as we are. I never thought I would give this advice, but . . . just find someone you feel comfortable having sex with, whether it is an ex-boyfriend, a new acquaintance, or someone from an online dating site. It is a really good stress reliever. When you finish school, you can start worrying about marriage, kids, etc.

Well time is a factor, not having a lot of time also limits the dates you get. You could be trying too hard, or not hard enough, sometimes taking a chance and going out on a limb like giving a guy your number once in a while can help. Not all guys can ask out girls easily because some are shy, and not all guys are worth the trouble of dating because they are jerks, I guess in the end be patient and have faith, it will come when it's meant to be.

well if your in college and have a full time job with no time to date you answered your own question. either give up on dating for the time being or find someone you work with or have class with that way at least you can see them and talk to them.

Just when I'd given up on meeting anyone new or interesting, a great guy came into my life. Give it time, things will work out when you least expect them too.
