Not trying to sound like a goody two shoes, but I wouldn't add anything to what is already established, the paradigm and meandered element of 'free will' is essential. The problematic issues that you have listed are taken into high regard but if you subtraction those problems others will be added.

i wish to not seem evasive towards your question, but generally because humans tend to be unconsciously or attentively destructive creatures and if I had the power to solve those issue we'll find more issues to replace it.

I would end world hunger, heal the sick, and save the lost. If I made everyone rich it would kind of defeat the purpose since the market would just raise it's prices. Ooooh and I would fill my house with gummi bears.

I'd change the world back into Eden, allow people to turn off gravity at will, pay reparations for sabotaging the Tower of Babel, tell Muslims to get up off their hands & knees and transform all women into 10's.

I would (gently) destroy all houses of worship.

I would unambiguously warn those who sacrifice their time and wealth on sucking up to me that I cannot be bought by flattery.

I would begin to reward those who feed the hungry, heal the sick, advocate for prisoners and outcaste, comfort the afflicted and challenge the powerful, not with seductive wealth and comfort but with the ability to do their work better.

I would begin to make money and political power less and less effective at bringing comfort and satisfaction to those who worship them.

I would instill joy in those who have no reason for it.

I would instill fear and desperation in the smug and self-righteous.

I would seriously consider destroying every copy of every "holy book" ever written. They are taken much too seriously. "Salvation" does not depend on how much holy trivia you know but how you make yourself worthy by making the world better than when you left it.

Put an end to organized religion.

Tell people to stop blaming everything on the devil and take responsibility for their own actions.

Make sure everyone knows that the next person to speak on my behalf and try to force laws or beliefs on anyone else (And this includes holy wars and terrorist acts), is getting a lightning bolt up their ****.
