anybody on how to feel better about oneself when feeling really down.....i'm trying to cope with my post partum depression which seems to be beating all my self motivational skills......

Loads of people find that after working out, you get a boost in mood hormones or something like that. a "runners high" or something of that sort. You feel better after about a week or two and after a month it has long term effects. For myself anyway. Good luck!

Patience. In due time, you will overcome your depression and you'll be on your feet again. When that time arrives, take full advantage of it and try to accomplish everything you want to accomplish.

try concentrating really hard on things like keeping urself busy sometimes that helps
