Hey, can cockatiels eat cherries and feed their offsoring cherries too? Is it healthy for them or bad?

When I bred cockatiels, they used to love cherries. Better yet though, they really liked brocolli (after they got over the fear of the new green thing in their cage). However, I found that when breeding birds, it was better to reduce the fruit because it could cause diarrhea in the chicks. For a comprehensive list of healthy versus dangerous fruits and vegetables, most pet bird care books provide a list of them (often you can get all sorts of these books from the local public library).

NO NO Dont feed them that it slowly kills them?
its got something to do with the digesting of it
