There's quicker way to translate words on your browser to your preferred language than going to the website you're looking for then typing/searching the word you want to translate. Google Toolbar has it. When you have downloaded and installed google toolbar just customize your settings so it automatically translates words on a webpage by simply hovering the cursor over the word you want translated.

Immersing yourself is the best way to learn. Watching spanish movies is a good idea, and talking with your friends who can help explain the words you don't understand will help too. An exchange program would be ideal! I'm not sure what method you are using to learn, but speaking is really the best way to get fluent. If you are just reading and practicing alone you will get stuck. Plus, in the US most Spanish speakers do not speak like you would learn to speak in a classroom setting, and it is hard to talk to them if you are learning from a book. (think British english compared to American english)

How about you exchange the word exchange for translate as in Translator. Go to any search engine and type in translator.
