Lift weights 3 times a week for about 15min. start with a low ammount of weight like 30lbs then work up untill you can lift more.. Or you could run, or do push-ups

youre question is really unspecific....
but if youre looking for physically, eat a lot of tofu eggs and protein, eat spinach, work out at the Y, swim a lot, and do not eat too many fattening foods.
