In physically eat well , sleep well ,work well.
dont depend others .
fix your gole . take efforts to achieve this.

Lift weights 3 times a week for about 15min. start with a low ammount of weight like 30lbs then work up untill you can lift more.. Or you could run, or do push-ups

youre question is really unspecific....

but if youre looking for physically, eat a lot of tofu eggs and protein, eat spinach, work out at the Y, swim a lot, and do not eat too many fattening foods.

Go to a church. It always good to have a religion. By going to the church and believe in the lord Jesus Christ then he will help you overcome this problem. I believe that you can overcome anything through the lord Jesus Christ who strengthens you.
