Good Gosh, what are you two thinking to have your 13 yr. old son in bed with both of you?
What do you mean by, "he can only be sleepless if we transfer?"
He needs to go to bed in his own room at night and if he can't sleep. so be it. Eventually he will fall asleep on his own.

This is creepy, no boy (or girl) of 13 should be sleeping in their parent's bed. 13 months would be okay, but 13 years is not okay.

Tonight tell him that there is a new rule and the rule is that everyone sleeps in their own bed. Period. No exceptions.

If he says he can't sleep tell him he can read, work on a puzzle, anything, but do not let him in your bed!

Perhaps you could try having him sleep in his own room but for a few nights you sleep on a cot in the room or a sleeping bag. You could come up with some reward for him when he stays the whole night in his own bed.

that's a little old to be sleeping with mommy and daddy, you need to tell him he has to sleep in his own bed. if you keep allowing it then sure he will sleep right there until he's 30

OK does he have a bed of his own? if so then insist that he sleep in his own bed and tell him if he doesn't want to then tell him that he will be punished.

Get him a TV in his room. Maybe then he'll stay in there. If he's scared leave the door open.
Good luck with this one.

You have trained him to be like this. You allowed him to do it til he's this age. Don't you think it's time to kick him out of your matrimonial room?
