Absolutely NOT to the rubbing alcohol. It can cause irritation to the skin, rashes and even burns to your tissues. Hydrogen peroxide can be used, but should be diluted with water as it can also cause irritation to some people.
Stay away from the rubbing alcohol..it was never or will never be intended for use in the mouth.

do not rinse with rubbing alcohol. hydrogen peroxide is a safe gargle.

Why would you want to? there are a lot of good mouthwashes out on the market- crest makes a good one-- I would not recommend gargling with peroxide- I am not sure of the side affects of any solution being swallowed.

Do not mix chemicals just use the peroxide, warm salty water is also good.

try a standard like Listerine,..scope.
