He bites because he thinks you are danger. Spend a little time with him, dont try to treat him rough(one of the main reasons can be this) DO any thing to make him think that you are not danger.

I was taught that when a bird tries to bite, push your finger further into its mouth. They don't like that and then they stop doing it. However, if the bird is on your arm or shoulder, when it does anything you don't like, move fast so it becomes unbalanced. Birds don't like that and will associate being unstable with the bad behavior. If it is biting in the cage, you'll just have to start by making it nice outside the cage by getting it out with a towel. Rearrange the cage often, too, so that the bird isn't as cage-aggressive.

I used to have a lovebird that used to bite me like crazy when it was a baby. I would wrap it in a towel and only allow his head to show and then I'd pet his head as often as possible. You need to take him out everyday and do this. My bird turned out to be really spoiled. It was kinda like having a dog. I'd take him out and he'd walk around the house. it was pretty cool. good luck.

it's hard to tell you with such little information being given. You'd have to tell us how/ when the bird bites you, if it's a new behavior, as well as a number of other things to give you the correct answer.

Its training....or hes gotten a hold of some meat....thats what mine did when it would sneak chicken off the table...little brat. Are you sure hes biting.....is he taking a chunk of you? If he isn't then he isn't actually biting you.
