it's not really crushes. guys seem to fall for anyone that gives them attention, when they aren't guarding themselves.
i heard somewhere that men and women are built differently. women are programmed to find a guy and hold onto him, that he can protect a family that they raise.
and men are programmed to spread as much of his seed as possible, to keep his lifeblood flowing, and keep his blood/relatives on earth by having many conceptions across many women
whether or not this is true, take the case of the guy friend. if the guy friend doesn't want to be WITH the friend that is a girl, that's because he wants to BE the friend that's the girl...

I feel the same way with girls, I guess it's because your itching to be in a relationship or to find the right guy for you . But it's really not bad , so maybe just enjoy it for now , once your in a steady relationship with a guy you really like I'm sure that'll be enough to keep you contented and you won't be having crushes with so many guys anymore . Some guys are not terribly picky, they just want to be with a female. You can call it a crush, that would be a school boy hoping a girl that he is attracted to notices him. From what I have seen, some men don't do well alone, and respond to attention from almost any female. If it tingles below the belt, they are in love.

Im a guy, I get them alot, everyone does...my best friend was dating someone and said he liked someone else.. me personally
i like maybe 4 different girls, one i just met.. almost asked her out
