can you do skipping, jumping onto and off a platform, running, rowing machine, walking, etc on a rest day......for eg. I do weights on monday.
On monday i targetted the shoulders/legs. So on tuesday could i do skipping? Skipping uses the legs so would i be able to do it since the previous day i did dumbell squats etc.?
are you aloud to do any aerobics on rest days or should you do it on the days you did weight training?
