I think it is turkey . . . possibly . . . .
Here's what I learned this week: all meat has cholesterol because they are animal products. So, when looking for a healthier meat to eat, look for less fat and calorie content than cholesterol. :)

small, infrequent amounts of lean - there are so many other sources of healthy protein today that red meat should be saved for a treat and since you aren't eating it regularly, you can allow yourself to splurge perhaps on a better cut when you do indulge

Turkey is very lean. Or if you're more adventurous and willing to search a little ostrich has virtually no fat.

egg whites! (i mean, they're like pre-chicken, right?) but they definitely have the best biological value.
there's also chicken breast and fish (for the omega-3 fatty acids). you might also wanna occasionally throw in lean cuts of beef for its vitamin B12, zinc, and iron.

id say fish--all those good omegas. worst meat is pork!! pigs eat garbage and ****. and the salty taste is their sweat! they dont have normal sweat glands
