for those who think the question is rediculous, then answer the question. do not answer my question with a dumb remark, u look no smarter especially because u wasted time on some question that urked u.
i would take a stab at my own question: they use smell. bet all the smart people who thought it was a crazy question, now say: "I WAS GOING TO SAY THAT"!!! lol GOT DERN JOKERS!!!

Assuming your question is a serious one...the answer is that a person who is blind wipes with both toilet paper and moist wipes. First, he/she wipes with the toilet paper. Then, he/she uses a moist wipe to get him/herself clean. After that, it is another quick wipe with the toilet paper to dry his/her bottom. This is a very clean and efficient way to wipe oneself after using the bathroom. Therefore, it is not necessary to look at the toilet paper to make sure you are fully clean.
