I am used to eating really healthy, but tonight I didn't. Now all I want to do is vomit because my stomach hurts so bad, but I can't get it to come up:( I know if I throw up I will feel better, so how can I make myself?

Try stimulating the gag reflex by poking your uvula. It sounds like you're having dyspepsia.. Just take motilium and you'll be fine.

Don't try to make yourself vomit. That sounds like the beginning of an eating disorder. If your body wants to get rid of the food you ate it will do so on it's own time. You might also be getting the flu that is going around, so don't do anything drastic.

once i was in africa and i saw little kids on the side of the road. they were digging through elephant dung pulling out nuts and eating them. Then in China i ate pigs feet stew and there was this bony part. I'm trying to chew small bits of meat off of the bones and as i'm prying it apart in my mouth. I feel a toe nail. and it peeled off and i pulled it out of my mouth. stills make me sick to think about it.
