well i am your average duechbag that ends up leading girls on and than not really liking them and being this "duechbag" i end up going out with two of the girls and telling the third i just like you as a friend when really i want to be "just friends with all of them. They are all now obsessed with me and about to kill eachother please help.

You sound like a very insecure dude. You like to reject people because you think that if you let them get to know you they will then reject you. My advice to you is to ask girls out that you are really interested in. You might just surprise yourself.
