I assume you're looking for a carrier to take him as carryon luggage? Petsmart and Petco both have good websites. Just get one that is large enough for him to turn around and lie down in, that way he'll be less likely to have an "accident" in there.

Airlines require that the animal be small enough to fit in the extra small kennel that will fit underneath your seat on the plane. Sorry but your pup will be too big , they have to be like a chihuahua pup to be small enough for that. Your dog will have to be cleared by your vet before they can fly, get the paperwork from the airline or some vets have them on hand, he will have to be current on all shots, worming etc. Don't be scarred to let your pet fly priority parcel, especially if you are on the plane, you will be right there when they get unloaded, priority parcel pets fly in a kennel carrier, and are the last thing boarded and the first thing off the plane, they are not in there with regular cargo, they are in a climatized( heated or air conditioned area) I have flown with pets many times, and had a couple flown to me from several states over like this just fine, they are insured and they don't throw them around like luggage, they even watered my dogs on the layover between flights. Maby you should just drive since in sounds like your not going too far, or have you checked out the buses or trains to see if he can be right with you?

Call the airline...he may be too young to fly at all.
Airline regulations state that only ONE pet in the passenger area of the plane per flight....AND that pet MUST be in a crate that will fit under your seat !

Chances are that at 3 mos old for this breed, the pup is already too big to fly topside...prepare to have it go underneath or leave it home.

It's good that you aren't leaving him in cargo. Trusting inexperienced airline workers with my pets is a scarey thought. When I flew to Germany and back with the Army I had to leave my cats and dog below and that's scarey with our airlines. However when I served my tour and flew back I flew them on a German pet cargo and it was great.

Well I'd call up the airport ahead of time to see if it's ok to have your dog with you on the flight, you may have to pay for an extra seat though...
