Vinegar goes on first because the oil coats whatever you're putting them on and the vinegar just slides off.

Another emulsifier (thing that will make oil and vinegar mix) is food-grade aloe vera gel. Taste is good, is good for you.

You can also the oil and vinegar quickly together and immediately combine with plain yogurt and add dried herbs for a quick creamy dressing.

If you aren't mixing them together, vinegar b/c if you used oil first it would stop the absorption of the vinegar (on a sandwich). If it's a salad it real doesn't matter.

what are you putting the oil and vinegar on...I would say the OIL comes first
