You should have mentioned the phone you are using.

Anyways, you can always go to phone settings and look for the option of Incoming call functions and then look call waiting. Cancel the function, save and come out.

Some mobiles have the setting in call diverts, in that case go to call divert and cancel all diverts. I hope this will help if not write back or ping me.

In the front of your phone book there should be a list of features. There should be dirrections on how to turn on and off these features.
